Abu Nazir is a semiconductor technologist, researcher and educator with experience in micro and nanofabrication, device processing, process integration, and electrical characterization. His industry work has focused on semiconductor chips, wafer fabrication, process development and yield improvement.
Alongside his work in leading semiconductor companies, he has taught electronics, semiconductor devices and fabrication courses as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where he earned his doctoral degree in 2020.
He enjoys learning, teaching, mentoring and collaborating with engineers, scientists, students and industry professionals to develop reliable technologies that move from research concepts toward real-world applications.
